So I placed an order in the beginning of March for 2 pair of shoes to be delivered, they left a note on my door saying they delivered my shoes but no shoes! I've been calling and calling every month and they always tell me the same thing "we're waiting for the investigation to be completed in 8-10 business days" it's now June 21st and I still haven't got my shoes or my refund! Now I love Journeys but your customer service [censored]ing sucks! I really feel like y'all playing with my money!!
