order number 636****. Due to the pandemic, we are unable to be in NY on 11/04/2020. We have had to cancel all our plans due to the uncertainty. Please refund the cost of those tickets to my credit card ending in 4532. Thanks for your help and understanding in this matter. Diane Berger User's recommendation: Don't use Headout for anything.
