The tracking information received by me on my receipt shows that it was received by you. I do not understand how come that you now have my return and you have not credited my credit card for the purchase that I made. Please advise me if you are in the process of refunding me. I am very concerned that this is not going to happen and this is very upsetting to my because I am in fear that my money is lost and I will not be able to have it back. I am registered.
