Refund for hotel i called two days before hand and they said everything was fine

I made a cancellation with bookit.com for the hotel ibis in casula due to the covid situation and was told they would take care of it and i will get a full refund and i not yet have received the funds in my card yet I call divers they told me that they had nothing to do with it because it wasn't them that took the money it was book it.com so i tryed getting in contact via my app an a NUMBER iv just called but didnt go through instead I got a machine saying that the office was closed can someone please help me
