I have shopped at pacsun for a very long time, I love the pants and tank tops and shorts just the material itself is very amazing. Recently I purchased a pair of black jeggings which i have purchased at least 10 different times because after about 6 months they wear down and rip. Within 3 weeks my new pair ripped, and it has taken over a week for the refund process to be started. Im just curious as to how the representatives and staff could be so rude to a customer, i called many times and chatted online for me to be disconnected on or told empty lies.
