Refund – agoda

Hi, I had a booking with Agoda, on the 27 November, paid R1890.00 got to the hotel only for them to tell me it's fully booked. Then called and asked for a refund to be processed I was told it takes 60-90 days, which I have yet to receive, spoke to an operator who confirmed my bank is blocking the refund which is bullshit complete bullshit called my bank they stated that's not the case. It's the 19.03.2022 still no refund I'm yet again on the call with Agoda speaking to a useless operator stating that if my debit card is lost that I made the payment with its impossible for them to process my refund. Which is complete bullshit this guy from America Angelo puts me on hold and never comes back, I would not suggest anyone to use Agoda they are rip offs complete rip offs.
