I signed up for nomorerack and never purchased anything due to complaints Id read. I noticed a commercial on tv and decided to check the site out again. I saw that the site was trusted by Google and also was referred by several tv shows. I decided to refer 2 of my friends in order to get there advertised referall credit. Give $10.00 and Get $10.00. My first friends credit was declined when she tried to check out. My second friends credit never was sent. Customer Service sent me on a 2 day runaround. First wanting to see the screen shot of the referral. Then saying that the referral was fake and I had made up fake emails in order to try and scam them out of the referral money. My one friend decided she wanted some dresses and because there is a time limit on each item she decided to pay and use the referral money later. I explained that they could easily confirm that the referrals were real people with different addresses and different bank accounts. Especially the friend who had already made a purchase. The Customer Service department would send replies that didn't resolve anything. I spent 2 days talking back and forth until I decided it was the biggest scam ever. Adverting to get you to sign up and such a hassle that most give up. I went to there face book page and posted a chat transcript and there policys to show the public that what they were saying in there chat was completly different then what was said in there policy's. The face book staff kept taking my posts down and sending me messages telling me that face book was for good posts. They told me to take my complaints to the website. One thing I did notice in there policy's was they had to right to refuse the referral bonuses at the discretion. Which means they more then likely find a reason to decline all of them. One of my referrals really wanted some cardigans advertised for $30 for 3. She asked her son to have me refer him and get the $10 off for a mothers day present. I referred him and he signed up through my email and never received the referral bonus. When he contacted Customer Service they told him he needed to finish registering his account. He thought he had finished. I went to help him and he had done everything right. He contacted them again and they tried to tell him that he hadn't signed up through a referral and wasn't getting it. We basically had given up at this point realizing that no matter what you did that they were not honoring there referral program. A few days later my friend received an email with a $10 off of 30 coupon. We should have know it was not going to work. Not only did the $10 off coupon not work they also advertise free shipping for your first purchase with them. Well that wasn't being honored either. I am writing them one more time in his defense and telling them about my complaint online. I am sure that I won't get anywhere. Hopefully someone sees this before they go through the headache I did.
