recission of loan

2

I rescinded a loan only once before, and today I rescinded my second one. The manager at Amscot told me "you always do this", not true, only the second time in over a year I have been using Amscot for cash advances. Then she told me 'she would void the loan this time but not again and that in the future if I take out a loan I cannot bring it back" and even if I do I have to pay the full fee on it. Yet here is a quote directly from your website: "Q: What if I change my mind after taking out a cash advance?" "A: Amscot follows CFSA Best Practices and state laws regarding rescission. You can rescind your cash advance at no cost before the end of the following business day by simply returning the full amount of the advance." So can someone tell me why this is on your website and why I had to go around and around about the manager about it, asking me all kind of questions about why I was bringing it back etc. I will say that she was actually only repeating what was said to her from the other side of the telephone. Please clarify.
