I would like a full refund of the money I paid for an auto check using the car's VIN. I was told it would let me know how many owners the car had had, what types of accidents it had been in, how many times, who the lein holders were and many other pieces of information. I got none of that, just a poor auto check score. I could have asked the previous owner these questions but I paid you to tell me nothing at all. I am ready to file a dispute with PayPal and the BBB.
