I've been calling Dodge regularly for weeks, trying to get information on the review process regarding my reimbursement for having paid in full on a warranty item. They are ignoring me and giving me ZERO information. Meanwhile, I'm paying credit card interest on $2800 for towing and replacing an alternator at 30,000 miles. Please help me by getting my reimbursement check to me! I'm getting nowhere with them.
