REBATE RIPOFF!

I submitted a rebate for $150 for a Haier refrigerator. I included ALL required receipts, barcodes & forms. This was done on 12/12/2018. It is now 6/10/2019 & I still haven't received my rebate. I have called & emailed Haier numerous times, but they will not help & continue to refer me to a company called "Stericycle" who is supposedly handling the rebate. I have called Stericycle 4 times speaking to associates "Dee" & "Cynthia" & supervisor "Dana". All they can tell me is that the rebate has been "approved" & is waiting for "release". They promise to call me back with updated status, but never do so. I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission & filed a complaint (#10586****) on 4/3/2019. I have been unable to reach them to get status or action on my complaint. I would like SOMEONE, in a position of authority, from Haier to contact me regarding this issue immediately!
