I spoke to a customer service rep about re-activating my account without the one time charge that I already paid once. I have not been gone that long, only one month. I feel that I should only be charged the $13.99 for another month. I also asked if I could have the one month only and not have it renewed the next month without my permission. If you want to have customers including myself, there should be an exception to this rule. Please let me know if this is possible. Why to I and any other person that has a complaint need to put in at least 100 words in this space in order to receive satisfaction ?
