I have been taking my car to Haley Toyota for the last few years. Until recently I have noticed a huge staff changeover and very rude advisors. I was brousing the parts departments weathertech accessories while I was waiting for my service advisor to speak with the manager with regards to my repairs and he then said to the advisor, quote, "Let that *** ni**** pay for the repairs i am not helping them". I just had brakes installed and they were beginning to vibrate again after 2 weeks, turns out I needed a caliper. $478 later I will never go there again and I also contacted the BBB and Toyota Headquarters.
