I quit working for the company. I have 27 years Law Enforcement retired. Rene Cruz is very rude and disrespectful. He doesn't always answer important emails or text. He will send out a text that is vague or confusing. Today I went in to pick up my re-qualification form I work at the National Guard Armory and that state accounts. Just 3 days a week. Well I went in to pick up the form and the receptionist had to get it from his desk. I expected Rene to come out but he did not. So after Rene not returning my calls, doesn't like to answer text, doesn't want to come out and see his employee when he is just 15 feet away, I decided to call it with the company. Do you know that last summer at the state account we have to be outside all the time. Not once did he ask if I had water or how I was doing. Rene doesn't visit clients or come by and ask how things are. My first day at the state site last year, I was told to show up but no other instruction. The Client wondered why I didn't open the employee gates or get the keys after 2 hours. Anyway, I have all the emails and text. It is a shame that with all my experience and knowledge I am treated worse than some clients treat us. I will be working on my private patrolman's license and contribute my talents in other ways.
