My daughter received a lol surprise 7 layers of fun board game for Christmas. She got it on 12/30/19. The game did not include the 4 bottle playing pieces necessary to play the game. Customer service number told me without a receipt nothing can be done. My child has at least $1000 in lol merchandise, but if they are not able to resolve this issue, I will inform her relatives not to purchase lol products because the company does not resolve issues, and that makes me and my child upset.
