Question with an irder

Hi I'm not pissed just confused. I put in an order for a Yankees Build a Bear and needed to change the date on the birth certificate to June 18th, I don't see any feed back or order confirmation, Just want to make sure that my order has been received and in process. Hope you can help me clear this up. Thanks
