Question about bill

Unable to talk to a human being by phone. From PissedConsumer.com it was suggested I phone 1(80*) 550-****. I did but was informed that this number is not available in my area at this time! Very frustrating! I want to know what the charge of $761.94 to my Visa on March 10/21 was for. I also want to talk to a human being on other matters.
