HORRIBLE SERVICE! Bought a car for $19,000 and the car died on me the day after. I brought it back and they said they fixed the problem, yet while driving home again, it died on 167. I had to bring the car back 4 times, and they never fixed the problem, even when they said they had it running perfect each time I went to pick it up. The first month I had the car, it was in my possession for a total of 7 days. The car would die, sitting at a stop light. The RPM gauge would go up and down, on it's own..the car hesitates, chugs, and is a nightmare. I was turning a right corner and the car died in the turn, so the pwr steering failed and I started heading into the lane of traffic waiting to take a left..and my kids were in the car! I was pissed off. Yet when I told them what happened, they brushed it off. Brandon, the service mgr would never call me and tell me the status of the repair, I would have to call him. Sean, their finance guy told me they would not help me get my car running anymore.. how it was suppose to, and that sometimes people do buy a "lemon" car. So he's standing there telling me he sold me a lemon. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! All their cars are from auction, there's going to be something wrong with the car. This is a dishonest, unreliable car dealer. They don't care about anything except a sale. If they did care, you wouldn't be reading this review. I will be happy to answer anyone's questions or concerns, or if you're looking to buy a car from this dealer..call me first. I have first hand experience on their customer service. BBB is notified, I have all their phone messages and texts messages where they say the car is running perfect, the problem is fixed, yet it still runs like crap.
