I have not been able to log onto Pureplay since they did maintanence a few months ago. I have been corresponding with Pure Play Customer Service evey week since. Customer Service is useless, I keep getting the same return message asking me if the issue was resolved. I keep telling them the issue can not be resolved without their help. I ask customer service to email me or call me and get no response except yhe same response asking me if the issue has been resolved. And before the maintenance they owe me over $ 100.00.
