Only groomed 1/2 of my puppy after 6 hours! Terrible. Even though I booked in advance and told them it will be the puppy's first time to be groomed, they booked me on a busy day. After 6 hours and 1/2 of a grooming job on my puppy they said that I could come back. I called the manager who blamed me for not booking on a less busy day. Terrible customer service. User's recommendation: Do not go there.
