Promised refund ~ never received

Purchased course latter part of March 2019. Paid for book + online availability. Test was unavailable online. I returned all products and went to another company. Have made repeated attempts for refund as they promised via email. Placed on hold in excess of 60 min. Voicemails, last Thursday 06/13/19 spoke with "Shelly" who stated a credit to debit card would be issued, look for it 1) Tues. or Wed. then 2) Thurs. or Fri. of following week. To date no credit as of 1 week later. Western has been absorbed by Elite Learning, they also have a DBA of Shelly Hoak Senior Education Specialist Colibri Group 814-230-**** Pure nonsense. They either have someone embezzling money or their scamming professionals
