Ordered an item through their ebay store. After many days contacted them as to why item had not shipped. Informed that it would ship in a day or 2. Waited several more days and spent 30 min on phone to find out why it was still a no show. Was informed that they unexpectedly ran out of stock on that item. I check back on ebay and their is an active auction for the exact time, this time $20 more expensive. What a low life piece of *** business move. Stand behind your products and get some decent business practices.
