Product showed delivered and signed for by someone named J Smith and I have no one by that name working here. I disputed the charges after reading some Google reviews as to how bad this business operates. Someone named Joe finally called me up to discuss this and I told him what I typed already, He said he was going to have fedex trace it. Then he calls back and told me I was a *** liar. At that point I hung up the phone. I ordered the bulbs I needed from 1000 bulbs yesterday because of this. User's recommendation: I wouldn't do business here!!
