Below, is the latest email I sent and has not been responded to. In fact, I can no longer reach them by email or phone. They have stopped responding. I paid (via wire transfer) $1, 156 on December 29, 2020. It has now been 5 weeks since I place my order. Let me recall promises made on your website and other actions that have transpired. Once you place your order, you will receive the watch within 2 to 3 weeks; however, during the CORONAVIRUS pandemic, orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks. 99% of all orders are done within 21 days or sooner. The assembly process can take between 5 to 14 business days to complete. On 1/6/21, I received an email that the watch had been put forward for assembly. On 1/08/21, I received an email stating that the watch had been sent to Quality Control (QC). On 1/14/21, I sent an email requesting a status update. You responded on 1/15/21 with "did you read the assembling email sir?" "These take around 4 weeks or so from the time payment is received, there is a process." This language is not found anywhere on the website. The website clearly states that during COVID, "all orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks - NOT "4 weeks or so" as you indicated. Even though it is my money at stake here, you have and continue to refuse to provide a real-time status update when responding to my repeated requests, and therefore leaving me in the dark. Since it has now been 5 weeks since I placed my order (on December 29, 2020) which exceeds the promised delivery time of 3 to 4 weeks, and your continual refusal to provide a real-time status update, I am hereby requesting that the order be canceled and further that I am granted a full and immediate refund due to non-delivery. In fact, I have no idea as to when I can expect shipping and delivery - you refuse to provide that information which I am entitled to.
