product not delivered / no tracking number

I ordered a dress more than 6 weeks ago, and I still haven't received the dress, nor a tracking number . I only have an order confirmation number: RR1709200810378739 ? I've sent multiple e-mails at [protected]@rosewe.com and [protected]@rosewe.com, and no answer. I am not receiving any response to my e-mails: this is more than frustrating. My only solution now is to request my tracking number by posting a comment in all the Facebook posts. They don't respond to e-mails, but they post at least 24 times a day.
