Hello, I ordered a fotobook on 05.05.2021. But I didn't receive it until yet. The order number is: 284113****. I was in contact with the Snapshot customer support (Boryana Irtenkauf) by e-mail for several times but they could not help me. Now, is there any chance to receive the ordered fotobook?
