Problems with Woodmen Nissan

2

We purchased our Nissan Leaf from Woodmen Nissan on 11/15/2014 and the person that was supposed to show us how to operate it (a trained Leaf person), could not figure out how to open the hatch to plug it in! We have brought it in for service several times, asking them to charge it EACH time, and on the last two occasions, they did not charge it and we were stuck at the dealership at the end of the day each time. Further, they did not offer a loaner vehicle or help us in any way, since it wasn't their fault that they didn't charge it. Interestingly, Nissan Consumer Affairs stated that charging the vehicle is considered a standard part of the service, so they were required to do that. I'm not sure how they become authorized to sell Nissan vehicles -- Nissan certainly should not associated themselves with a dealer like this one.
