Problem with tv

Customer service didn't help me didn't give me a clue what was wrong with my TV didn't want to help me in any way at all rude and I say again was not helpful or courteous to my dilemma I will not purchase anything from y'all until I receive an apology and the remedy for which I contacted about and this is my final answer I bid you a good day and a goodbye to your products until I am satisfied I have been treated like a paying customer that bought a television I can't watch because your customer service representative refused to help me with my complaint User's recommendation: At this time after my chat with you customer service representative I would have to say Buy your next TV from another manufacturer or retailer because if it should suddenly stop operating efficiently you will not be given an answer on wat too do to remedy. Your problem and be satisfied that you have been treated like a paying customer or get an answer that can be defined as anything correct.
