I recentley sent back a DVD from my Eagles box set as the game round 16 vs GWS stops at 1 hour 11 mins and30 sec in. After sending it back and many enquireies, i finally got it back and you have sent me the exact same disc which stops at 1 hour 11 mins and 30 seconds... This I take as a huge insult as when you contacted me back you implied there was nothing wrongwith the disc and that you would have to break open a new pack to get me an alternate disc. This is why people like to have a phone contact.. WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO TO GET THE DISC THAT I PAID FOR???
