Tangerine: Why dont you have enough staff to answer your phones? Or are customer service staff sleeping or lazy!? Pretty near impossible to speak in person these days. Took me over 2 hours this morning trying to sort a very simple problem with you. On hold twice, first time you hung up on me. Second time call back after 1 hours wait. This is no way to treat a long term customer. I do not want an apology from you, I want action. Or I will move on... ... User's recommendation: Think twice !! Do your research into each bankings C. Service.
