i reordered the nerf halo ma40 rifle and about half a month after it was supposed to ship i emailed their customer support asking questions, after 10 days they emailed back, and after back and forth for a while they said i if i cannot log into the account i didn't create i can't get any help with this $60 preorder after offering to give them phone numbers, emails, and addresses to help find my order number User's recommendation: doon't preorder from hasbro pulse and be sure to make an account if you order anything from them.
