Pots and Pans have all gone bad
1
I've owned my Pampered Chef pots and pans, they came as a gift from my mother, for 10 yrs. They did their job and provided the materials needed to cook dinner for the family, but shortly after purchasing they started to lose their non stick surface. I tried to get them replaced when they started to lose the "lifetime non stick", but was denied. Now 10 year later and it's all but gone. No, I don't have a receipt. No, I don't know who she bought them from. So No, they will not honor the lifetime warranty. Why offer it then? Sorry Pampered Chef, you just lost yet another customer. No big bucks on something you will not come through with on your end. I'm done scraping the bottom of the pan.
