Ordered a posture support garment, Womens size. When I received it, I looked at the sealed box and the label box was checked as being WOMENS (other option was MENS). I figured that I got the right size. Nearly a year later, when I decided my previous posture support garment was overly tattered, I attempted to put on the new garment. Wrong! It is about suitable for an average 9-year old girl!!! I explained the entire situation to CLOSEOUT ZONE -- that I trusted them with the box being marked WOMENS, and it was still sealed, so ... what's to question. Now, they will not take it back -- nor will they issue a refund. And just to let you know, they aren't very courteous to you when you call with such a complaint. "Too bad. So sad" attitude. I'd definitely would not recommend anyone make ANY purchases from them. Perhaps the name of CLOSEOUT Zone should indicated it's probably mis-sized batch that some merchant denied along the way ... and CLOSEOUT ZONE is ripping off consumers by selling stuff like it, online. buyer beware!!! Really.
