POS DEBIT ISSUE

Dear Sir, I went to refill my gas from a Gas plant name Matrix Energy Limited along Airport road Asaba Delta State, the POS used by the gas attendant debited thrice that is #2000 per transaction totally #6000 on Thursday July 15, 2021. Two of the debit transaction was declined and the third one was later successful. The POS attendant stated that it will be automatically be reversed by my bank. Till now, my bank has only reversed one of the transaction and the other one is pending. Below is my account number : 304665**** Kindly advice.
