5/19/2020 The Dept of Economic Opportunity has placed erroneous information. They have disregarded documents which was e-mailed to them, including a Supervisor in The Re-Employment Unit. The Dept of Economic Opportunity is using staff from other agencies and placed them in their call center, after undergoing a brief training. User's recommendation: You are wasting your time in completing the ''Contact Us" form. they claim they don't have a fax number. Write to them Hopefully, they'll respond in a timely manner.Also, always get the name of the Rep. that you spoke with. The Rep. that I spoke with yesterday ( 5/18/2020) did not answer the call as a professional.There should be a suggestion for DEO to hire the unemployed. They certainely would do a better job.
