poor service and loot billing on service

Dear Sir, In city Jagadhri Pandit Automobile is the only Maruti Service Center so people are forced to go there for servicing their vehicle. Whenever I have gone to this service station they tell me all rubbish things to do. Like Engine Flashing worth Rs350, some rubbish oiling worth Rs450. And every time they try to make the bill amount as big as possible regardless what is needed or not. I am trying since long time to complaint against them but I cant see any place where this can be escalated to Maruti company and I dont know why company does not take action against them. Even if there are check lists available to every service dealer but they do not use any one of it. These are the certain things letting down the Maruti company and our country.
