I stayed with company for 5 years thinking service and communication would improve. It did not! They can't even execute a simple order or provde the correct address when needed. I'm truly disappointed in this company. The financial advisors cannot be more than 25 and don't know their heads from a whole in the ground. They can only read from a script. I have to wonder if ken fisher is aware. Either that, or no longer cares! Buyer be ware! User's recommendation: Buyer beware.
