Date of the incident: Feb 16 2107. Achintya Tech (Web Development company) failed short on a simple task in wordpress which the project lead named Vinod Wedhera 11 years experience was assigned to the project. The responsibility was so simple that Vinod managed to destroy the coding of my previous developer and all the hard work instantly disappeared. My previous developer installed the plugin: Mailchimp WP. Vinod managed to removed this plugin without my authorisation causing loss of work which my previous developer acquired. To name a few of the simplest instructions give, was: -no image is required -spelling, punctation, grammer -differentiation of plugins - coding standards & frameworks This was not even followed. And with the experience of 11 years I expected more than sloppy work resulted in terrible quality of coding. As a client, their poor service did not reach my expectations. They failed so badly that I made the business decision to end the project before completion. I requested a full refund and to no avail I have not heard from them. I believe it is my responsibility that no other future client(s) should not endure the awful experience I had with Achintya Tech. I am hoping that no other client should fall trap to an unscrupulous company such as Achintya Tech.
