The clothing/dresses are nowhere near anything like the pictures they post on the website. Returns are difficult to process because for one you have to prove or get your return "approved" by emailing customer service first, and second, you have to ship the items back to China which can cost you more than the merchandise (make sure you get a tracking number!) Customer service actually responds to you in a timely manner and the English is not terrible or anything but you basically can't get anything from them because the only thing they'll do is haggle as to how much of a "refund" they're going to give you as compensation, which is less than half of what you initially paid for, so there's really nothing you or they can do especially since the fact that whether they receive the returned item/s or not doesn't matter to them because they know that they already got some kind of profit from the transaction. Unless you can find a shipping company that offers reasonable prices and can provide you with a tracking number, or if you live in China then feel free to shop but if you aren't just stick to local stores and trustworthy websites because trying to save by buying from cheap online websites will actually cost you more. I didn't find any reviews regarding this company so I hope this review will help bring awareness to other buyers out there especially since their website looks like they have 3 fake reviews per item and not a chance of posting a real review from a real customer. I tried to dispute the charges but did not get anywhere because I didn't have a tracking number, so please don't take a chance when buying from these companies, don't waste your money.
