After promising a skilled install team, they sent one guy to measure and install. Measured one large window wrong and we had to wait three months for replacement and ant installation at all to begin during a very cold winter. Screens are not square and one slider is defective. Having been waiting since early 2018 for repairs/replacement. In June they said orders for replacement had been placed. As of 10/11/18 no satisfaction and am not able to get in contact with the company. Have tried all numbers and simply get same voicemail announcement - "we will call you back." Hasn't happened yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
