Poor customer service and poor quality fire arm

I purchased a Savage A17 fire arm in April 2020 from a local store. After shooting the weapon 3 times it started to jamb bullets in the chamber. I reached out to Savage technical support and was told it was the ammunition I was using and I should purchase the ammunition made for the gun. After purchasing new ammunition the gun still jambs. I called back and was told to send the gun in for warranty repairs. After 4 weeks of no information I called warranty repair and was told the bolts used in the gun where deflective and needed to be replaced. Fast forward until October 2020 I finally received my weapon back and was told I needed to pay for shipping for something that was defective when I purchased it from the store. Worst customer service experience EVER. User's recommendation: Stay away from Savage poor quality control.
