Poor ADA response.

I was in the Sprouts on Rainbow near Alta in Las Vegas. I asked the young lady near the carts for a motorized cart for my husband who suffers from a movement disorder. She said the one cart they had was being charged. I could not believe that a store of this size had only one motorized cart, because behind us was another senior asking for a motorized cart. I asked to speak with the manager who said they had a problem with them being stolen. I asked what was a disabled person supposed to do. He dismissively said they could order groceries. My belief is as a store manager, instead of subjecting people who would like to shop for their groceries, that he would instead attempt to find a solution for disabled people to have adequate access inside of Sprouts. User's recommendation: Stand up for disabled people who would like equal access.
