Last december 10, 2015 i booked a flight for dec. 22-24, 2015 under renato s. Gatchalian jr (davao-cebu-manila) flight thru online with the amount 12, 611.00. During the payment procedure the website detected as error transaction we even check our email if we receive any message from the pal but we haven't so we consider it as invalid / discard transaction. The following day i booked the same flight in the pal main office located at ateneo building roxas st. I paid 5, 118.00. Since we encountered error during online transaction. Last dec 16, 2015 due to some changes on business trip our flight to cebu was moved so i went to the main office of pal to re-book our flight from dec 22-24, 2015 to dec. 27-29, 2015. During the transaction that day the teller was then informed me that the booking transaction under mr. Renato s.Gatchalian jr. Doubled (online (debit card) and actual transaction (cash)) in connection with we would like to ask in your good office for a refund with the amount of php. 12, 611.00.
