Placed an order based on a promo that was misleading.

Placed an order based on a promo indicating Up to 50% additional on ALL SALES ITEMS using a code. My sales items did not have any additional discount, when email the customer service, I was told my items were not included at the additional markdowns. Also, I was told this will be taking into consideration with the next promotion. The next day the same misleading advertisement was still promoting additional markdowns up to 50% on ALL SALES MERCHANDISE. I contacted customer service, the denied my request. I asked to be contacted by a supervisor to discuss this situation, and I was ignored. Furthermore, I work in social media and my voice will be heard. I don't agree with how I was treated, nor with the misleading promotion you have. I don't want to voice my opinion on all social media channels about my negative experience with your company knowing it can be resolved. My order# 118544**** Thank you for your help on this issue.
