Piece of crap card & customer service!

I recently lost everything I owned in the hurricane Harvey floods in Texas. I always kept my Chevron card at 0 balance and I ALWAYS paid off what I used. I have really been struggling with my bills and finances but I have not missed any payments on other bills. My chevron card was paid off! I called them to make sure I could use my card and that my card was good to go. They said everything was fine. That I had a zero balance. The very next day, they cancelled my card because of my credit report. On top of living in a shack with no hot water or comfort, losing everything I owned and cared about. I have nothing! And now because of Chevron, I am stuck in North Houston with no way to get gas. They cancelled my card because I was a excellent customer and always paid my card off. Now I have absolutely nothing! Thank You Chevron for nothing! Attention all consumers considering this card....they don't care about you or your family.
