Enrolled in auto refill plan when I purchased phone,had trouble right off,they would not give me my 200 min when new month came,then worked fine for few years. and now again last few months phone won't work when new month starts, call customer service 3 or 4 times and still no working phone! The guy in teck support actually hung up on me,because I told him I could not hear or understand him,and wanted me to call back the next day!! User's recommendation: They are cheap but have no good customer service at all!!
