I have a checking account with the bank and I ventured to deposit a personal check that I received from my customer. They said they will hold the check for 10 business days. The situation is that the check was cleared while the bank is still keep holding the funds attached to it. It is unreal that the check would take so long to get it cleared. After I called the service, they explained to me that this happens time and again and they cannot help me at this point. It is simply nothing that can be done.
