Update by user Jun 26, 2020 I spent hours and hours and computer time looking up information to support my claim to them. I’m afraid to open any letter from Pennymac Original review posted by user Jun 26, 2020 I have a HOA in a senior community that pays for my flood ins. Several months ago got a letter for 2019 flood coverage deficiency. After two months or more and letters, they found the records to we dont have the records ?? I believe its over and cleared. They took out their own insurance and then cancelled it. Very incompetent . User's recommendation: Customer Service is mostly a wreck. You May get someone who’s knowledgeable.
