Bovada is a criminal enterprise. They have declined paying me $11k that I won claiming misuse of the bonus. Upon explanation of what they thought of as misuse, I found out that they had set up their system to encourage this and use it as a loophole not to pay people large payouts. Doing very little search I found other people had had this same problem with them. That means they know about it and do nothing to stop it - they use it to their advantage. I was with Bodog and Bovada for over ten years. Ten. Years. They are changing folks - you see it with the software fiasco and the delayed payments. They are a joke and a criminal organization. They stole this money and the money I bet to get it - stole it. Luckily, I am going to have my attorney do everything and anything - money is no object - to file a report with the gaming commission and present our case. We may very well lose as I am not sure of their integrity, do not know much about the gaming commission, but I do know that it will not be free to defend themselves and that makes me very, very happy. They treated me so disgustingly bad after ten years of being a loyal client and a near daily player, there is literally no limit to the amount of time, money and effort I will put forward to righting that wrong. These guys know that states are starting to legalize gaming and that the real poker rooms are taking over in the US. They are tightening their belt and all of you will suffer for it.
