Payment no cleared

I have made a paym to bizgurkul but they havent received payment it has 3 day. I don't know what has happened where the payment has gone but they are not resolving my issue at all. User's recommendation: Plz be carefull whilw paying of instamojo coz the hardly pay attention to your problems.
